• Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time.
• In the event of an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by calling us at +91 8826237836.
• Refund: If you cancel within the specified timeframe, we will process a 90% refund of the total order amount. The remaining 10% covers processing and administrative costs.

6. No Returns

• Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered.
